USAC/IMS OFFICIAL DENNIS HUNLEY, 75

Dennis Hunley of Indianapolis, Ind., who served many years as a USAC Official at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway as the Deputy Technical Director, Director of Non-Destructive Testing and a member of the Safety Committee, passed away January 1 due to cancer. In 1990 he was awarded USAC's Jack O'Neal Safety Award for contributions to the sport. He was 75. Services at Crown Hill Cemetery (700 W. 38th St. in Indianapolis) will be in the Memorial Chapel. Visitation is 4-7 pm Wednesday, Jan. 4, and the Funeral is at 10 am Thursday, January 5. Condolences may be sent to Janet Hunley, 4148 Wilderness Trail, Indianapolis, IN 46237.
